Over the past few days, the association has received ballots from several homeowners seeking to vote on the Special Assessment issue by mail.  While a sample ballot was included in the mailing announcng the vote, it is not an official ballot, and cannot be used for voting purposes.  An envelope was included in this mailing inadvertently, and we apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding this may have caused.  
 
The Fairfield Homes Association’s governing documents do not allow homeowners to vote by mail or by proxy.  In order for your vote to be counted, you must cast your vote during the Special Meeting, which will be held near the intersection of NE 116th Terr. and N. Harrison Street from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, November 1st, and from Noon to 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 2nd.  Please remember to bring Photo ID to demonstrate that you are a member Fairfield Homeowners Association, as this will be required in order to receive a ballot.
