In order to protect property values and provide for a consistent appearance of properties throughout the neighborhood, property owners must obtain approval from the homes association before making changes to the exterior appearance of their homes.
If you’re planning any home improvement projects that will affect the exterior appearance of your home, please remember to obtain approval from the homes association before starting construction.
Projects requiring Architectural Review include, but are not limited to:
Before starting your project, please complete an Architectural Review Request Form and send it to Home Association Solutions by e-mail to kcahill@hasolutions.net. Once received, your request will be sent to the Architectural Review Committee for review. In some instances, the Committee may request additional information or documentation. So please, whenever possible, include a sketch or diagram with your application to help expedite the review process.
